Coconut.

C-O-C-O-N-U-T! Coconut! Coconut! One, two, three!

HAHAHA. Yup, it rhymes. :P

I do not know why I have that thinking that coconut water is not a very healthy drink. Perhaps it is due to the fact that too much coconut milk present in curry, is unhealthy, hence, misled me that coconut drink is an unhealthy drink.

Well, thought of this while I was having my lunch at Nakhon Kitchen with my family this afternoon. Looking at those authentic Thai dishes on the table, I must say they are very nice, especially their stir-fried kangkong with belachan, but still, I think that they are very heaty. And what’s more, my bro ordered coconut water. Mum say bro should drink after his 2 months at Tekong. So, I made myself to research on the health benefits of coconut drink.
